Already in eviction court? Get help applying for Illinois’ Rental Assistance Program.
Eviction’s hard for everyone.
It destabilizes homes, hurts jobs and can throw families into crisis. Which is why there are resources to avoid it, if you can.
The Illinois Court Based Rental Assistance Program (CBRAP) is for tenants and landlords who already have cases pending in eviction court. The program can provide funds to cover court costs, past-due rent and up to two months of future rent – up to a total of $15,000.
